  • NOTE:

    Should you choose to type a claim labor rate at this stage, it will be understood by the Service Digitalization Team that such a rate is already contractually agreed upon.

    If the dealer does not yet have a contractually defined claim labor rate, please refrain from applying for a DMS account or entering a claim labor rate of zero.

    Please note that the Service Digitalization Team is solely responsible for the system-level configuration of the claim labor rate and does not handle contractual matters.

    We will NOT process the application with wrong SAP Code and CRM Dealer Code.

  • Wrong OEM Financial Invoice Email will result fail to send warranty invoice!!!
